Do you wish to return your order?

 

You can do so for any reason, provided that it shall be returned within 20 working days from the shipment’s delivery date. To conduct the return policy, it is necessary to deliver the product in excellent condition with the special labels (tags) and the receipt of your shipment or the invoice.

IN CASE OF PRODUCT RETURN YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO:

 

PRODUCT CHANGE (only for orders in Greece):

Follow these steps:

  • Note your name and the order number in the return form. Help us improve, by choosing one of the return reasons.
  • Place the items and the receipt in your initial parcel.
  • Deliver the parcel to Geniki Taxydromiki courier by charging the recipient, ALTEX S.A. without incurring additional return costs.
  • For the product’s return, the address is as follows:

The whole process takes about 20 working days (starting from the day the parcel arrives at our warehouse).

Regarding the reservation of the new product which you wish to receive, (even if it is just a size change) you should proceed in a new order by following the same procedure of a normal order with Pay on Delivery. Ιn the field “Comments” you must note the phrase “PRODUCT CHANGE” and the number of your first order.

In case where the product change is not possible due to non-availability of the requested product, we will contact you to inform you.

Free return of products are only eligible for one free change per order and only for orders within Greek and Cyprus territory.

 

REFUND:

Follow these steps:

  • Fill your bank account’s details, as requested, your name and the order number in the return form. Help us improve, by choosing one of the return reasons.
  • Place the items together with the return application form and the receipt in your initial parcel.
  • Deliver the parcel to Geniki Taxydromiki courier by charging the recipient, ALTEX S.A. without incurring any additional return costs.

The return procedure often lasts 20 working days since we receive the return package in our logistics center. Τhe returned products are subject to a quality assurance procedure. After the control of your shipment, we will proceed immediately in the product change requested or the refund.

The refund of the product’s value will not include the transport cost or the C.O.D. shipment charges.

 

Please keep in mind:

In case where a defect is detected in the returned product during the quality assurance, our company is obliged to communicate with you in order to resolve this problem.

In case where you lost the special return application form, you can find the file here.

If you carry out the return procedure through another transport company, then you will incur the return expenditure.

For hygiene reasons, changes and returns of lingerie and socks will not be accepted.
