When is my order processed?12:00 cutoff time
Orders completed before 12:00 are processed on the same business day. Orders completed after 12:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders completed after 12:00 on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday.
Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?Multiple shipments
Possibly. To provide the best possible service, your order may be sent in more than one parcel. You will receive a separate notification and tracking number for each parcel.
When can a delay occur?Sales, holidays and exceptional circumstances
Minor delays may occur during holidays, sales or periods of increased order volume, as well as due to extreme weather, strikes or other force-majeure events.
A delay may also occur if a product is unavailable or there is an issue with the order or payment and we are unable to contact you.
If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest a similar item or confirm shipment without it. The remaining items will be reserved for one week.
