Joining & Your Account
How do I join Funky Buddha Loyalty Club?
You can join online or at a Funky Buddha store in Greece, excluding Funky Buddha Corners inside ATTICA and NOTOS department stores. A valid Greek mobile number is required to complete your registration.
Where can I use my Funky Buddha Loyalty Club membership?
The programme is available online and at Funky Buddha stores in Greece. Funky Buddha Corners inside ATTICA and NOTOS department stores do not participate: membership registration, earning points and redeeming vouchers are not available at these locations.
Where can I check my points and vouchers?
Log in to your account at www.funky-buddha.com and visit your Funky Buddha Loyalty Club profile to view your available tier points, reward points, active, redeemed and expired vouchers, and your account history.
Earning Points
How many points do I earn from my purchases?
You earn 10 reward points for every €1 spent online or at Funky Buddha stores.
When are points from my purchases credited?
Points from online purchases are credited when your order is dispatched. Points from in-store purchases are credited within 48 hours.
My points haven’t appeared. What should I do?
If your online order has been dispatched, or 48 hours have passed since your in-store purchase, and your points are still missing, contact us at [email protected] or +30 211 9555555, Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00, Greek local time. Have your order number or purchase receipt ready.
What is the difference between tier points and reward points?
Tier points determine your membership tier in Funky Buddha Loyalty Club. Reward points are used to issue reward vouchers.
Membership Tiers & Points Validity
What are the Funky Buddha Loyalty Club membership tiers?
The tiers are Fan / Silver, Enthusiast / Gold and Passionate / Platinum. When you register and activate your account, you start at Fan / Silver.
How do I move up a tier?
You need 2,001 tier points to reach Enthusiast / Gold and a total of 4,000 tier points to reach Passionate / Platinum.
How long do I keep my membership tier?
Your membership tier lasts for 12 months from the date you enter it. Your eligibility to retain that tier is then reviewed annually.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Tier points and reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Once expired, they can no longer be used to move up a tier or redeem rewards.
Reward Vouchers
When do I receive a reward voucher?
When you accumulate 1,200 reward points, a €5 Funky Buddha voucher is issued automatically.
What happens to my points when a voucher is issued?
The corresponding reward points are deducted from your account when the voucher is issued. These points cannot be refunded.
How long is my reward voucher valid?
Your reward voucher is valid for 90 days from its issue date.
How do I use my reward voucher online?
At checkout, select the voucher you want to use from the box displaying your available reward vouchers before completing your order.
How do I use my reward voucher in store?
Before completing your purchase, let the checkout team know you’re a Funky Buddha Loyalty Club member. Once your membership is verified, they can find the available voucher in your account and apply it to your purchase.
How many reward vouchers can I use per purchase?
You can use one reward voucher per transaction.
Which purchases can I use my voucher on?
You can use your voucher on a purchase worth more than the voucher’s value, subject to its specific terms.
Can I combine my voucher with other offers?
Whether your voucher can be combined with discounts, offers or other promotions depends on its specific terms. Check them before using it.
Can I transfer my voucher or exchange it for cash?
No. Vouchers are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?
Once expired, your voucher can no longer be used. The points deducted when it was issued will not be refunded.
Returns & Points
What happens to the points I earned if I return an item?
The points earned for the returned item are deducted from your account.
If I return an item purchased with a voucher, will my redeemed points be refunded?
No. The points used to issue the voucher will not be refunded, even if you return the item.
Can I reuse my voucher if I return my purchase?
No. The voucher used for the purchase will not be reissued, and its value cannot be used towards a future purchase.
