PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment immediately after the receipt of your shipment in your area (pay on delivery)
Pay your shipment in cash to the company’s courier upon delivery in your area.
Pay on delivery cost: 2,50€

2. Payment by debit / credit card
Our online store www.funky-buddha.com has agreements with EFG Eurobank, one of the leading financial institutions in Greece, in order to provide payment services by debit / credit cards.
The payment by card is an absolutely secure payment method for our customers. The ALTEX S.A. company shall never become aware of any information of your card or account.
As regards the shipment’s payment, the company automatically redirects you to the Eurobank’s specific website without coming into contact in any case with the information and data of your card. These information are transferred to the bank by using an encrypted connection and through the secure transaction systems of the bank.

3. Payment by PayPal
The payment by PayPal is an absolutely secure payment method for our customers. The ALTEX S.A. company shall never become aware of any information of your card or account. As regards the shipment’s payment, the company automatically redirects you to the PayPal website without coming into contact in any case with the information and data of your account.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Delivery to Home/Office via Geniki Taxydromiki courier or Courier Center
All orders are shipped in 2-4 working days.
Inaccessible areas need 4-7 business days.

The shipping costs of our products in Greece are 3.30€ for orders under 49€ and free of charge for orders over 49€.

Delivery dates and hours:
The delivery dates are from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. for Athens. For the rest of Greece the delivery hours depend on the local courier store working hours.

 

• For orders outside of Greece via DHL:

For the delivery of products outside of Greece, the shipping costs are counted during the checkout process and depend on the destination.

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. BoxNow Express

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• All orders filled before 1 p.m. shall be processed on the same day.
• Any orders filled after 1 p.m. shall be processed on the next business day.
• Any orders filled on Friday after 1 p.m. (Greek local time) and throughout the weekend, shall be processed on Monday.

Your shipment may delay for the following reasons:

• The product is out of stock: In this case, we will communicate with you in order to suggest you a similar product, or to ask you whether you want your order to be delivered without this product.
• In cases, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure, that may affect the transfer and delivery of your shipment.
• If a problem occurs regarding your shipment, in relation to the product or its payment, and the communication is impossible, because of not properly updated registered details.

For your convenience, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive a separate email with the tracking number for each package.
