Return Policy

Do you want to return the products you purchased?

You can do so for any reason, within 20 working days from the day you received your order, free of charge, as long as the product is in perfect condition with the special labels (hangtags) on.


Funky Buddha offers you 3 different ways of returning your order, to choose the one that suits you best.

 

Fill in the online form HERE and our last mile partner (Courier Center) will pick up your parcel the next day, without any further action from you!


Available only for orders with a shipping address within Greece. If your order was delivered to an address outside Greece, please select the second return method.


a. Easily find the order you want to return HERE! If you already have an account at funky-buddha.com, you may find the order in the relevant section "My orders".

b. Select the items you want to return and the return reason from the list.

c. Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange with another product/colour/size from the relevant list.

d. Our last mile partner (Courier Center) will be at the location you specified the next business day to pick up your parcel.


Change/refund processing time: up to 10 working days from the submission of the return request.


Note: The courier will pick up the product to be returned from the address indicated during the order process. Should you wish to change the pick-up address of your parcel, make the necessary selection in the corresponding request box (Change Shipping Address) and fill in the fields of the new address.
 

Drop your parcel at the nearest Geniki Taxydromiki point using the following procedure.


a. Fill in the return form you received with your order and place it along with the products you wish to return in the original packaging.

b. Drop the parcel at Geniki Taxydromiki charging the recipient (ALTEX S.A.), without any return costs. The return address is:

c. Should you want a replacement with another product, place a new order selecting cash on delivery as payment method and note in the 'Comments' section that the order is for a CHANGE and the number of your original order.


Change/refund processing time: up to 20 working days from the day of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.


Note: If you rerutrn your order with any other courier company, except Geniki Taxydromiki, you will bear the shipping costs.

 

Change your order easily at your nearest Funky Buddha store.


a. Walk into a Funky Buddha store ("Attica" department stores excluded) with the items you want to return and your purchase receipt. Find out which store is convenient for you here.

b. Choose the product you want and head to the cashier to complete your return.


Note: We do not support refunds from e-shop orders in our physical stores.


In case the store does not have the product you want to change, a credit voucher can be issued immediately. The credit voucher can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of issuance and only in the store where it was issued. Credit vouchers are not issued and cannot be redeemed at Attica stores and at funky-buddha.com.


For gift exchanges processed in-store, the product must be accompanied by the receipt number or the exchange barcode printed on the receipt.

Find below the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding product exchange or refund.


  • Product replacements are made in the purchase price.
  • If a defect is detected in the returned product, the customer service department will contact you.
  • If a replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, our customer service department will contact you.
  • The free order return is only valid for one change per order and only for areas within Greece. Each subsequent change of the same original order is subject to a charge of 6,60€.
  • In case of an order cancellation, either upon the customer's request or due to stock shortage, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund of the product value does not include the shipping and delivery costs.
  • We do not support refunds from e-shop orders in our physical stores.
  • Gift orders where the delivery address is different from the billing address are excluded from the right of refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges & returns on underwear and socks.
  • Fragrances must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
