HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • After selecting and viewing in detail the products you are interested in added to the cart, where for each item added to your basket you will see a green display banner on the top, in order to see your cart and proceed with the completion of the order place the cursor over the right in the icon cart until a small preview of your order appears and press the VIEW CART or CHECKOUT button.
  • You have the option to complete your order by either registering, logging into your account or simply checking-out as a guest.
  • Fill in the shipping details and billing information as asked for.
  • Select the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.


HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY ORDER?

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please contact our customer service.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You can cancel your order if its status allows you to. This means you have the option to cancel your order until 1 pm. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service.


CAN I ADD OR REMOVE A PRODUCT TO THE ORDER I HAVE JUST PLACED?

You have the option of adding and removing products from your order if your order’s status allows you to do so.This means before you order is processed by our logistics department.  In that case, please contact our customer service:

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • For Attica, it takes 1 - 2 business days.
  • For the rest of Greece, it takes 2 to 3 business days.

* Excluded are inaccessible areas where 2 to 5 business days are needed.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • All orders filled before 2 p.m. shall be processed by us on the same day.
  • Any orders filled after the aforementioned time, shall be processed by us on the next business day.
  • Any orders filled on Friday after 2 p.m. (Greek local time) and throughout the weekend, shall be processed on Monday.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

Returns to funky-buddha.com are free of charge if you choose to return the products via Geniki Taxydromiki courier company.

If you make your return with any other carrier, then you shall bear the relevant courier cost.
