As regards the reservation of a product which you wish to exchange, you should proceed in a new order by following the same procedure of a normal shipment with Pay on Delivery and you should refer that this constitutes a change in the field “Comments”. We point out that when you make a product’s reservation with a new shipment, you must know not only the number of the first shipment, but also all the details concerned. 
 

REFUND:

Follow these steps:
  • Complete the return application form that you will find in your parcel, by completing your bank account’s details, as requested. 
  • Place the items together with the return application form and the receipt in your initial parcel.

Please keep in mind:
  1. The return procedure often lasts 7 working days since we delivered the return package in our company. This happens, because the returned products are subject to a quality assurance procedure. After the control of your shipment, we will proceed immediately in the exchange of the product that you wish or the refund.
  2. In case where a defect is detected in the returned product during the quality assurance, our company is obliged to communicate with you in order to resolve this problem. 
  3. In case where the replacement is not possible due to non-availability of the requested product, we will communicate with you.

  5. The refund of the product’s value shall not include the transport cost or the C.O.D. shipment charges.
  6. If you carry out the return procedure through another transport company, then you shall incur the return expenditure.
